COVID 19 notice

As we continue to provide essential care and services to the pets of our community, we have adjusted our temporary hospital hours as follows:

Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00noon

Appointment Policy: Clients are not permitted to enter the building. Upon arrival, please remain in your car and call 610-779-4796 to notify us that you are here for your appointment. A staff member will walk out to your car to obtain your pet. We will then call you to discuss your pet’s appointment and treatment.

Medication Requests: PLEASE PROVIDE 24 HOURS NOTICE. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SAME DAY REFILLS. Once your request has been processed, a staff member will call to process payment and coordinate a pick-up time. Prepaid medications will be placed in our designated pick up box during business hours. This policy applies to flea and tick products and heartworm prevention as well.
